Nose: Rich fruitiness, coffee, toffee, oak. Deeply fragrant, fruity and rich. Musty tobacco.
Taste: Thin to medium mouth feel. Good body. Mild heat, oak pepper and tobacco. Faint sulfur, clove, cocoa. Sweet and fruity, mild stewed fruits. Fairly crisp.
Finish: Medium length, growing heat, fruity, oaky, spicy. More heat than I really would have enjoyed, but not punishing.
Overall: Good stuff, really enjoyed it despite some flaws, but nothing show stopping. Looking forward to moving up to some older drams in the days to come.
