Nose: Bright, lactic, fruity and fun. Mango, sour milk, salinity, olives. Savory, gose like.
Taste: Extremely concentrated – fruity and bright. Lemon, orange, grapefruit, honey. Brine, minerality, sour at times. Lots of pepper.
Finish: Long, ashy finish with plenty of cream, honey, lime, salt and this slate stone note.
Overall: Incredibly unique, I’ve had nothing like it. This reminds me of a super savory, lactic gose with all sorts of stone and smoke character. Incredible.
