Nose: Pepper, clay, agave syrup, lavender, bell pepper. Honey, earthy spices, delicious cream note.
Taste: Medium to thick mouth feel. Rich, peppery, lots of clay. Creamy sweetness before some string bean, smoky wood notes and charcoal make their way in.
Finish: Long, rich and smoky. Minerality, ash, clay and sweet citrus.
Overall: Complex and interesting, well made and delicious. Consider me a fan.
