Nose: Anise, powerful custard, lemon zest and faint pepper.
Taste: Thick, sweet and rich. Anise is powerful, lots of sweetness, custard, lemon zest, pepper.
Finish: Long, powerful, herbal and rich. Some citrus pairs nicely with the expected anise. A nice custard sweetness closes out nicely.
Overall: Complex, fun, pwerful and rich. Excellent neat, and diluted as well. Rich and effervescent.
