Review #1419 | Mezcal Review #71
ABV: 45.5% ABV
Nose: Pepper, brisket, vinegar, bbq sauce, green onion, scallion, cilantro.
Taste: Medium mouth feel. No heat, lots of minerality and brine. Clay, pepper, scallions, sweet lemon zest. Big sweetness making an appearance, becoming quite bold.
Finish: Short to medium, smoky and sweet. Lemon zest, vanilla bean, smoked pork, garlic salt and delightful minerality.
Overall: Really nice – unique, tons of character and all of it is interesting.
