Age: 16 Years
Nose: Sweet cream, prominent grape note, some sulfur and pepper. Honey, butter, toffee.
Taste: Medium mouth feel – a long prick of heat. Sweet toffee, toasted almond, vanilla bean, cocoa. Rich berry, raisin bread.
Finish: Short but complex. Nice cocoa component to go with grape, blueberry and some creamy vanilla sweetness.
Overall: Nice overall. While not exceptionally complex, it’s hitting all the right notes.
