Nose: Bright, funky and vegetal. Blue cheese meets green bell pepper.
Taste: Light salinity and clay. Sweet on the palate, light salinity, faint bell pepper and some cracked corn.
Finish: Long peppery finish with a touch of clay, pepper and jalapeño.
Overall: Overall, I like it – the vegetal character mixes well with the clay, pepper and corn. It’s an easy sipper.
