Bottler: Maguey Melate

Brand: Maguey Melate

Selection:

ABV: 49.9% ABV

Age: NA

Nose: Fascinating blend of effervescent fruit, mango, lemon zest, honey and a touch of paint/clay.

Taste: Oddly viscous on the palate, a bit of cedar, sandalwood, sweet confectioners sugar, pepper and a touch of ash. Light mango, clay, some fruit and cream. Faint slate.

Finish: Long ashy finish that incorporates notes of cedar, some earthiness, a bit of cream sweetness and a faint bit of ash.

Overall: This is honestly pretty rockin. This encapsulates some of my favorite agave notes with a great transition from nose to finish.

Thanks for reading!
