Nose: Spring water, rich minerality, green onion and some bright fruit – namely kiwi and melon. Salinity, soapstone, confectioners sugar shines effortlessly through the palate.
Taste: Medium mouth feel on the palate – rich and buttery texture. Vanilla bean, faint sour fruits, green apple, green onion, faint earth and a touch of soil. Faint ash grows the longer it rests on the palate. Buttery is an excellent descriptor for the sensation on the palate.
Finish: Long, sweet, ashy and a dash of fruit. A little more savory, earthy, faintly herbacious compared to many other pechugas Ive had, but this expression still packs tons of flavor into the experience.
Overall: Delightful, fun, interesting. Super fruity, sweet and effervescent.
