Nose: Sweet cotton candy, cream and sweetness. Pineapple, mango, light pepper. Light clay and a faint meatiness.
Taste: Medium mouth feel but sweet and really enticing. Sweet cream, vanilla, pepper and faint latex. Pepper – more specifically a nice jalapeno note, nice minerality, some ashy smokey. Delightful and complex.
Finish: Long, powerful and complex. Theres so much going on here – and all of it good. I love the combination of fruit and sweet candy on the nose paired with excellent finish and complexity.
Overall: This is complex and great – it embodies of all the notes I love and few I dont. I could drink this all day which means its about time for a new bottle now that I look at mine. Big fan of this release, might see if there are any more hanging around.
