Nose: Delightful prickly pear, tobacco, oak and potent vanilla. Some agave in the mix, blending well with sour grapes and bright pear.

Taste: Sweet, lots of vanilla and cinnamon. Caramel, agave sweetness, some oak character. Medium mouth feel.

Finish: Medium in length, lots of agave, oak, vanilla and clove.

Overall: Excellent overall. Some overaged agaves lose their luster with too much cask influence but this is just right. I’m a big fan.
