Notes: All toffee, tobacco, spice and raisin bread. Funky, sweet, loaded with stewed fruits and a touch of cocoa. Big, funky rye that wanders off the beaten Beam path for rye. Long finish, the best part of this peppery, stewed fruit forward dram. Kowabunga.

Series Information: Take a wander off the beaten path of Knob Creek Rye. This lovely single barrel has all that gnarly funk rye lovers adore, it’s got big dessert character and it’s a great reminder to just kick back and let the flavor wash over you.
