Info: Barrel #22, 7yr Kentucky Bourbon

Notes: Brown butter and toffee all day long. Pecan pie, fresh baked biscuits and honey drizzle. It’s sweet with a nice bit of tannin on the palate, and there’s some light pepper and clove on the back palate to keep things in check. Long finish that’s satisfying and honey driven.

Additional Info: Three Chord offers a wide variety of stocks to choose from, with different states of distillation. We chose a barrel from their Kentucky stocks.
