Notes: Pure poundcake, raisin bread, tobacco, sweet blackberry, clove. Lots of port influence, I suspect the longest finish of the bunch, that’s perfect for winter. I try and save a bit of each sample for the shelf so I can compare, but I ended up enjoying all of this one over my three taste tests. It’s got the most viscosity of something around this proof I’ve had in ages (should come out around 54% ABV) and it’s easily fighting (and fighting hard) our upcoming Tawny Port Starlight
