Notes: Vibrant and full of flavor. The nose is full of fresh baked bread, coffee, clove, brown sugar and toffee. On the palate, the scotch undertones are present, if faint. It’s bourbon first and foremost, notes of brown sugar, honey, orange peel, some cinnamon and then notes of date fruit, fig, some currant and cream. Notably the palate here is rich and has plenty of viscosity. Light to moderate oak structure, the proof here is quite nice.
