Notes: Big spicy. I may just call this the big spicy. It’s pear, peach cobbler, big pepper and clove with a wallop of baking spice baked in. Rich on the palate, and the big spicy strikes again. Apple, peach, pear, passionfruit, maple candies and cracked pepper. Long finish that’s decidedly more mild, peppery and filled with clove, honey, and apple fritter.
