Notes: Mr Hyde indeed, this barrel throws the entire plane off balance and tears off for the dessert aisle. It’s a stack of pancakes with oak, toffee, honey, blackberry preserve, butterscotch, hot fudge and a hint of luxardo cherry. Oaky and dessert dominant, this one’s for fans with a sweet tooth and a big, bold mouthfeel. The proof hides a little less on this barrel, but makes up in pure unbridled flavor.
