Notes: Notably more caramel forward at first on the nose. Tons of praline, caramel, cream, honey, bold rye spice. Punchy rye backbone sets in with savory barrel char, tannin and this rich almost salinity. Definitely a more savory rye, especially from Alberta, but lots of complexity that pairs really well with the sweet, sweet nature of the fruitier Pancake Breakfast barrel.
