r/bourbon – 2021 Yellowstone 102pf “Bourbon Is Art #1”
Year: 2021 by t8ke
Notes: Apple pie, brown butter, big toffee, pancake syrup and a touch of nougat. Viscous palate – the oak, ethanol and dense apple pie / dessert character blend nicely. Proofed just right, long dry finish that’s cinnamon, sugar, dried apple slices and honey. Art.
Additional Info: Part of a two bottling series, alongside Yellowstone 115pf “Bourbon Is Art #2”
