Info: Barrel #6289, Distilled 8.16.2017, K-6, Tasted at 63.5% ABV

Notes: It’s a cherry, cocoa toffee butter bomb. A touch of banana compared to the first edition, it’s rich and viscous. A bit less fiery, the proof hides better on this release with more oak, tobacco and a touch of plumb. I’m amazed at how much brown butter and toffee there are here, usually this are oakier and fruitier but this is pure dessert.
