Notes: Cocoa, coffee, almost espresso – fudge, pepper, quite a bit of oak, some orange peel and banana but not in a dessert banana way. Dehydrated banana chips kinda way. Too fun, coffee forward, and totally out there not to get along with the more typical JD profile of its sister pick.
