Notes: Pound cake, spice drops, maple candies, waffle batter and a whole lot of fruit. Rich and syrupy on the palate at 62% ABV, this tastes like New Riff on steroids. Orange peel, date fruit, cracked pepper, tobacco. It’s complex and well balanced, but every Dr. Jekyll has its Mr. Hyde – that’s where Barrel #771 comes in.
