Notes: A profile I love to dig up from MGP: this barrel shone from our sample set of 8 with big, bold toffee notes, cream, honey, nougat, pecan truffles and funky tobacco. Clean and crisp on the palate, rich mouthfeel, dessert all day and hard to cover up. Long finish. Drinks a touch under proof compared to our other Tumblin’. If you like classic MGP with dessert dialed way up: you’re in luck.
